STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — One of New York City’s oldest eateries is for sale. Last week, owner Ken Tirado put Killmeyer’s Old Bavaria Inn on the market. The business and the building at 4254 Arthur Kill Rd. are listed at $1.7 million.

The corner location offers about 6,000-square feet of indoor space and a total square footage of 13,000-square feet with a patio area. The historic structure, originally dating back some 176-plus years, features a full basement, fully equipped kitchen, two dining rooms, a mahogany bar hand-crafted by Russian artisans in the late 1800s plus two rental apartments upstairs. Outdoor amenities include a full walk-in box, a bar and a beer house with hot and cold running water plus a dishwashing system.
