The stone arch and four pillars at the entry to the Cedar Lake Cemetery, located on Highway 48 near Mikana, have stood the test of time for a century. The solid and sturdy structures were something to lean on, at least visually if not physically, at times of grief when hearts ache and resolve is weak.

Now, due to age and weather, the stones in the archway are shifting and need to be solidified before the iconic arch crumbles and collapses. The four smaller pillars also have some deterioration and need reinforcement.
