Arrest An officer was parked in a parking lot at the intersection of Lincoln Highway and Bellevue Avenue. During the observation of traffic, a red SUV went past the officer with a clearly visible beer bottle being consumed while the female operator was driving. The vehicle was stopped and during the investigation, a six-pack of beer was clearly visible on the passenger’s side floor with one bottle missing. The driver was identified as a 38-year-old woman who did provide her name and date of birth to officers.
